How long will it take to dispatch my order?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hrs of placement. An email will be sent from us with your tracking number as soon as dispatch takes place. Please note during sale periods or new product launches there may be delays due to large quantities of orders. We are not responsible for freight times.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we’ll provide automatic updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder. If you cannot find it, please get in touch with us at service@kissskynails.com with your order number. If you don’t have your order number, please provide your shipping address, phone number and full name.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

brder, when do I receive the others?
If part of your chosen items are on pre-order then all goods will be shipped at the same time, once all goods are available to be fulfilled. This ensures that the goods you require to do your nails are all in the same delivery.
Mineral Bond System
How should I store my kissskynails?
The kissskynails System should be stored in a cool, climate-controlled area away from exposure to natural sunlight. Our System should not be stored in your bathroom, as it’s constantly heating up and cooling down.
Store your kissskynails System right side up, standing up to prevent drying out. Don’t store it upside down or laying down, as this can cause clumps and drying at the neck of the bottle.
After use keep the neck and rim of your kissskynails bottle clean by wiping it with a Lint Free Wipe. This will allow your bottle to close properly and prevent air from getting inside.
Make sure your kissskynails lids are always screwed on tightly to keep them airtight. We recommend closing the lid tightly after each coat.
Are your products Vegan and Cruelty Free?
As a brand we would never advocate the use of any animal in testing of any product that we produce. So the simple answer is ‘They sure are’!
Can I use kissskynails outside?
Please do not use your kissskynails system outside or anywhere in natural light. Also avoid the contents of your bottles being exposed to your LED lamp when it is on.
Allergies and Reactions – The facts!
Almost any substance, natural or man-made can cause a reaction to somebody, somewhere. Everybody is different and you could find that you have a reaction to something that thousands of others would use without any problem. Some people are allergic to wheat for example and others are not. kissskynails nail products are designed for the nail plate and not for the skin. Reactions are very rarely caused by the product being applied as it should, but by contact with the skin prior to being set under light. If our product does go onto the skin it should be removed immediately with a damp cloth or wipe. Do not use on damaged nails. Although unfortunate, a reaction does not mean that the product is not safe for the general population and all of our products are government approved as safe and non-toxic, not containing the 16 harmful chemicals often found in nail formulations. In the extremely unlikely circumstance that a user has a slight reaction, please remove the product immediately and discontinue use. Most reactions to any product are very minor and will clear up by themselves quickly after usage is stopped. All our products are tested and are compliant with worldwide cosmetic standards.
Is the kissskynails Mineral Bonds system kind to nails?
Although ‘Mineral Bond’ ingredients are fully non-toxic and 16 free; there is always, as with any product, a chance of sensitivity. This is rare with our system and everyone is different dependent on their individual allergies, lifestyle etc. It is always best to read the ingredients on the labels and check for known allergies and follow our step-by-step instructions. We advise trialling on one nail first as a patch test to make sure you have no sensitivity. Leave for a few days, remove and check. If you feel anything unusual or have any reaction, discontinue use and make contact with service@kissskynails.com and we can help. There is often a simple solution.

Are kissskynails Nail powders just the same as SNS or Dipping Powder?
SNS or Dipping powder is made of ground plastic and is actually not a true powder at all. The base formulation to adhere the ‘dipping powder’ is similar to a Super/Crazy Glue and has fundamentally the some components. kissskynails Powders however are a true powder that is Mineral based.
How much product does one kissskynails bottle hold?
Our nail bottles are filled by machine and hold 15ml (as opposed to the usual 10ml) and will last on average 20+ full manicures or pedicures! In the rare chance of faulty machinery, kissskynails does not accept any responsibility for slight error in the quantity filled.
How much powder does our nail powder containers hold?
Our gorgeous nail powder containers hold between 0.75 grams and 3 gms of powder and the amount the powder container will look to be filled will depend on how fine the mineral powder is inside. Powders can also settle differently in transportation. kissskynails powders are weighed individually upon leaving our warehouse. kissskynails accepts no responsibility if on the very rare occasion, this varies slightly.
Do you apply the powder when the base coat is still tacky
Yes! The base coat is not meant to dry fully before applying the powder.
Removal Methods
Is kissskynails Mineral Bond easy to remove?

How does the Rapid Removal Hub work?
- Turn lid in an anti clockwise
direction to remove. - Pour 40ml of 100% Acetone into the ‘well’ of the hub. Replace
the lid; fixing into position. - Using a nail file, gently file the top
coat to break surface. - Turn on using the middle lower ON button. Once heated you can insert your fingers into the top of the system
- When the red indicator END light turns on, the steam process is completed by two beeps. Remove your fingers and gently push off your application using the kissskynails
3-in-1 nail tool. - After finishing wash your nails and moisturise.
